Abcourt-Barvue zinc mine project
Report summary
The Abcourt-Barvue property is located in the Abitibi area, north-western Quebec, Canada. The project comprises a series of three open pits namely Barvue, Abcourt East and Abcourt West, with an underground operation commencing in year 6. A combination of open-pit and underground mining methods will be used to produce zinc and silver over a 10 year mine life, with approximately 80% of the measured resource mined by open-pit to a maximum depth of 166m.
