Report summaryAmbler is a polymetallic deposit in North West Alaska. It was first developed by Rio Tinto in the early 1970s and it is now fully owned by NovaCopper. The mine is expected to produce a copper concentrate with gold as a by-product, a lead concentrate with silver and gold by-products, and a zinc concentrate.
The property is composed of two deposits: Arctic and Bornite. As at August 2013, the Arctic deposit had a PEA (July 2013) and the Bornite deposit had a NI43-101 compliant resource estimate (February 2013).
