Aripuana zinc mine
Report summary
The Aripuana Zinc Project comprises an underground mine and a 2.268Mtpa processing plant. The project is one of the ten largest undeveloped zinc projects in the world with 23Mt of defined reserves and close to 50Mt of resources. The project is located in a remote location in Mato Grosso in west-central Brazil. Nexa approved the start-up of construction of the project as most permits have been received. The accompanying analysis is based on the ammended 2020 NI 43-101 Technical Report.
