Bolivar operates a Pb-Zn-Ag underground mine and a 1.1kt/d ore concentrator. The analysis included production from both Bolivar and Poopo mine until 2014. Since 2015 the analysis includes only production from the Bolivar mine. On March 16, 2022, the Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd. acquired the mining properties that Glencore had in Bolivia. This includes 100% interest in the Sinchi Wayra mining business that includes Caballo Blanco mining operations and 45% interest in the Bolivar and Porco mining operations held through an incorporated joint venture with Comibol, a Bolivian state-owned entity. Wood Mackenzie’s asset reports are built from the bottom up, incorporating a number of granular data metrics to ultimately produce our industry standard cash operating costs. This report contains a detailed asset note giving you a holistic view of the asset, including an operational overview through to a timeline of events from inception to now.
