Report summary
Certej is located in Western Romania in the southern part of the Apuseni Mountains, approximately 12km north-northwest of Deva town. The project will be a conventional open pit operation utilising truck and shovel mining methods. Low grade ore is expected to be stockpiled for processing over the last two years of the mine life, with the mill being fed for the first 13 years from the open pit. Plant throughput is designed to be 3.0Mt/a.
