Report summary
Cleveland-Cliffs' Cleveland, Ohio plant produces a range of flat products, including hot rolled coil, cold rolled coil and galvanised sheets. On 28 September 2020 Cleveland-Cliffs and ArcelorMittal USA entered into a definitive agreement whereby the former acquired almost all of ArcelorMittal’s operations in the US for approximately US$1.4 billion. Cleveland was included in the transaction.
