Cleveland steel plant

Report summary

ArcelorMittal's Cleveland, Ohio plant produces a range of flat products, including hot rolled coil, cold rolled coil and galvanised sheets. Two blast furnaces are in operation at Cleveland producing at a rate of roughly 2.8 Mtpa of hot metal. The plant is relatively high cost compared to ArcelorMittal's other US operations, mostly due to a lack of on-site coke making and PCI.
