Report summary
Operated by Hunan Haina New Material, the CNGR Hunan cobalt refining plant is located in Ningxiang city in Hunan province, China. The plant is a 100%-owned subsidiary of Hunan Zhongwei Holding Group Co., Ltd. The plant produces cobalt sulphate and tetroxide from crude cobalt hydroxide. The plant has a capacity of 14.0 ktpa cobalt tetroxide (on a contained cobalt basis) as of 2021.
