Courageous Lake gold mine project
Report summary
The Courageous Lake property comprises 62 Federal Mining Leases and 26 Federal Mining Claims across 54km of greenstone belt with a total area of 33ha located 240km northeast of Yellowknife, in the North West territories. Open pit mining is planned over a 15 year mine life. Ore will be processed in a High Pressure Grinding Roll (HPGR), with ball mill grinding, flotation and pressure oxidation (POX) and a carbon-in-leach (CIL) leach circuit. Mill capacity is estimated at 6.4Mt/a producing ~385koz/a over the life of mine.
