Dexing gold mine
Report summary
Dexing mine is an open pit copper mine located in Dexing , Shangrao, Jiangxi Province. It is one of the major copper-gold mines in China. The mine has two mining sites (Tongchang and Fujiawu) and two concentrators (Dashan and Sizhou). The concentrates from Dexing all go to the Guixi for smelting and refining. In the accompanying analysis the mine is costed on an integrated basis with the Guixi smelter with operating TC and RCs taken from Wood Mackenzie’s smelter cost study. Revenue generated by the on-site acid plant is treated as a smelter credit.
