Jiajika - Lithium mine
Report summary
Operated by Ganzizhou Rongda Lithium Co Ltd, Jiajika is a lithium mineral operation located in Sichuan province, China. Jiajika exploits the largest known lithium spodumene ore body in Asia. The open pit operation currently mines two veins within a granite-pegmatite deposit. Operations were restarted in 2019 after a 6-year closure. Designed life of mine is 29 years with a mining capacity of 1.05Mtpy and beneficiation capacity of 0.45Mtpy. This report contains a detailed asset note giving you a holistic view of the asset, including an operational overview through to a timeline of events from inception to now.
