Operated by Lithium Nevada Corporation, Thacker Pass is a lithium mineral project located in Nevada, US. Lithium mineralisation at Thacker Pass occurs predominantly within illite and smectite clays. An update regarding an ongoing feasibility study is expected in early 2022, as is the outcome of an appeal against the project’s environmental permit. Resources at Thacker Pass are large, currently standing at 1,545.2Mt @ 2,201ppm Li for 18.1Mt of contained LCE.
