Operated by Morena del Valle Minerals S.A, Kachi is a lithium brine project located in Catamarca province, Argentina. It is 100% controlled by Lake Resources. The project is currently at the pre-feasibility study stage and will be developed into an integrated operation producing battery-grade lithium carbonate. The current life of mine is 25 years, although this may change as an upcoming definitive feasibility study will consider a production base case of 50ktpa LCE. Wood Mackenzie’s asset reports are built from the bottom up, incorporating several granular data metrics to ultimately produce our industry-standard cash operating costs.
