The Koné Gold Project, Montage Gold Corp.'s flagship initiative in Côte d'Ivoire, is a significant gold mining operation poised for a 16-year mine life, projecting 3.57 Moz of gold production. An Updated Feasibility Study in January 2024, underpinned by a 4.01 Moz Probable Mineral Reserve, aimed to boost project economics by incorporating higher-grade ore from the Gbongogo Main satellite deposit, with a pre-production capital cost of $712 million. Construction began in December 2024. The project is actively exploring for additional high-grade satellite deposits to further enhance its value.
