Los Bronces copper minesite

Report summary

The Rio Blanco deposit is located in the high Cordillera of the Andean mountains, 65km NE of Santiago. Mining is conducted between 3,400m and 4,100m above sea level. The Rio Blanco ore-body is mined by both Anglo American and Codelco at their respective Los Bronces and Andina mines. The Los Bronces mine lies to the west of Andina.
