The Miasteczko Slaskie smelter was formerly part of a Kombinatt that included the Boleslaw complex of mine and smelter, which together with the Olkusz and Pomorzany mines comprises ZGH, the Miasteczko Slaskie zinc-lead smelter, the HMN Szopienice Non Ferrous Metals Works, the Silesia zinc operations and the Trzebionka mine.
