Report summary
Freeport-McMoran's Morenci operations in Arizona USA consists of open pit mining, two conventional mill and flotation processing plants, several SxEw plants and a Concentrate Leach Plant (CLP) to produce copper concentrates and copper cathode. Morenci has one of the world's largest SxEw operations through both Mine for Leach (MFL) and Run of Mine (ROM) leaching processes. Morenci has an annual production capability of over 1 billion pounds of copper.
