The Oko West Gold Project is a promising new gold discovery located approximately 95 km west of Georgetown, Guyana. The mine is designed as a hybrid operation, utilizing both conventional open pit (OP) mining and mechanized long hole open stoping (LHOS) for the underground (UG) component with an initial throughput capacity of 7.0 Mtpa. Construction activity peaks during 2026 and 2027, with commissioning starting in the third quarter of 2027 and commercial production targeted for January 2028. Projected LOM is 13 years. It incorporates granular data on costs and production to generate industry-standard cash operating costs, alongside a detailed timeline from project inception to present.
