Report summary

Resolution is one of the largest undeveloped copper deposits in the world. Resolution will be mined by underground methods at a mining rate of 120kt/d. In 2008 Rio Tinto announced that a $652 million pre feasibility report for the project was scheduled for release in 2012. As at Q4 2015 the pre feasibility study was in progress. In November 2014 Resolution completed the #10 shaft to the depth of 6 943ft making it the country's deepest shaft. Total cost for the project up to date was quoted at US$1 billion....
