Siana gold mine

The mine is an open pit mining operation with a designed milling capacity of 1.1Mt/a. The mine produced 64koz Au in 2016 at a total cash plus sustaining capex unit cost of US$1,032/oz after restarting operations in 2015. The operation was suspended in April 2017 due to inability to obtain the necessary permits for the long term tailing storage facility.
