Report summary
Tembang gold mine is located in Sumatra, Indonesia. Construction was suspended in December 2013 due to huge drop in gold price. A revised DFS was published in April 2014 using a lower gold price assumption, and construction recommenced in November 2014. First gold pour was achieved in September 2015. Sumatra Copper & Gold Plc were put into administration in April 2019 and as such we have assumed that the Tembang asset will remain closed.
