Tsagaan Suvarga copper mine project
Report summary
Tsagaan Suvarga is a porphyry Cu-Mo deposit located 150km NE of Oyu Tolgoi and 560km S of Ulaanbaatar. The Saindshand rail station is located 220km E of the project site. An order for the concentrator was placed in December 2011 and production was expected to begin in Q3 2014. However in Q1 2013, construction was halted and we conservatively expect production to start in 2025 in the accompanying analysis.
