Report summary
As one of the earliest to develop aluminium capacity in Inner Mongolia, East Hope operated its Baotou smelter since 2004. Then it started Xinhengfeng smelter next to its Baotou smelter to share raw materials and develop scale advantage. East Hope owns a completed industrial chain of refineries in Shanxi and Henan provinces, on-site anode plant and captive power plants. Xinhengfeng smelter owns captive power plants taking advantage of rich coal resources in Inner Mongolia.
