Yiliping - Lithium brine
Report summary
Operated by Minmetals Salt Lake Co Ltd, Yiliping is a lithium brine project located in Qinghai province, China. The Yiliping project is stuated within the Yiliping magnesium sulphate sub-type salt lake. Using Gradient Membrane Coupling technology, the asset has the capacity to produce up to 10ktpy of technical grade lithium carbonate. An expected capacity expansion will use resin absorption technology to produce up to 10ktpy of battery grade lithium carbonate. This report contains a detailed asset note giving you a holistic view of the asset, including an operational overview through to a timeline of events from inception to now.
