NovaSource Power Services, a portfolio company of the Canadian Clairvest Group, has announced it entered into an agreement with First Solar to acquire its North American O&M business. Following the acquisition, the company will be the #1 O&M provider globally. This announcement comes just a few months after SunPower sold its global O&M business to the same company. SunPower then became NovaSource Power Service in May 2020, while First Solar's transaction is expected to be finalized by the end of 2020.
