How do US tight oil refinery investments compare globally?
This report is currently unavailable
Report summary
A number of downstream investments have been proposed to process the growing supply of US tight oil. This week the 20 kbd Dakota Praire refinery in Dickinson, North Dakota started operations. Although there have been much larger brownfield expansions such as the 300 kbd project at Port Arthur Motiva, this is the first greenfield refinery to start-up in the US in 40 years.
