Where to? Turkish exports in search of a destination
This report is currently unavailable
Report summary
Between 2000 and 2012, Turkey's crude steel production more than doubled and Turkey is now the 8th largest steel producer in the world. At around half of finished steel production, steel exports are key to the viability of many Turkish mills. The 7% fall in exports in 2013 is therefore cause for concern. Is this the end of the line for Turkey’s exporters, or just a blip in the recovery? To answer this question, we have looked at the growth outlook of Turkey's key trading partners.
