Report summary
The Alder gas/condensate field lies to the west of Britannia in the Central North Sea. Alder was discovered in 1976 but considered sub-commercial due to the high pressure, high temperature (HP/HT) reservoir.Alder was developed as a single well subsea tie-back to the Britannia Satellites platform (BritSats 1), which is bridge-linked to the main Britannia platform.
