Bacal-Nelash
Report summary
Bacal-Nelash is a cluster consisting of four onshore mature fields that lie within Pemex's Cinco Presidentes business unit. The fields were requested by Pemex to be migrated as a Pemex JV under license contract terms. The JV licensing round was originally scheduled to close in 2018 but was delayed until 2019.
