Ballymore (MC 607) is a large oil and gas discovery located in the Mississippi Canyon protraction area in 1,993 metres (6,537 feet) of water. The field was discovered by Chevron (60% interest and operator) and Total (40%) in December 2017. It lies 5 kilometres (3 miles) northeast of Chevron's Blind Faith production platform. Ballymore joins other large Jurassic Norphlet discoveries such as Appomattox and Vicksburg.
