No production since the Sèmè field in 1998 - Benin is a small country located to the west of Nigeria. Its only commercial field, Sèmè, ceased production in 1998. No discoveries have been found since.Newly established Petroleum Code and model PSC - Benin's oil and gas industry operates a PSC regime that includes royalty payments.
