Report summary
Berbigão (including Sururu after the unitisation) is a pre-salt accumulation in the Santos basin. The field originates from the Iara discovery and was declared commercial in December 2014. Berbigão extends beyond the BM-S-11A concession (Iara area) boundary into the Entorno de Iara block. Its extension– Norte de Berbigão and Sul de Berbigão – hold minor volumes. Berbigão started producing oil in November 2019 through the P-68 FPSO. For a full analysis, please assess the Berbigão and Sul de Berbigão models together.
