“Will Biden ban fracking?” was on everyone’s mind until it became clear that President Biden will not. However, other Biden administration decisions can still have a wide impact on how Lower 48 E&Ps operate. The administration’s Unified regulatory agenda, released in June 2021, gives us a view into the key pillars that will shape the administration’s approach to oil and gas regulation.
