Block 17 is a deepwater block in the Lower Congo Basin, 130 kilometres offshore Angola. The Dalia field was the second commercial discovery on the block. The Camelia accumulation was discovered in 1999 and is considered part of the same structure. TotalEnergies developed Dalia/Camelia as the second production hub on Block 17.
