Eni, in partnership with TotalEnergies, operates several giant undeveloped gas fields on Block 6 in the ultra-deep waters of Cyprus' Eastern Mediterranean sector. There have been three discoveries on the block to date: Calypso in 2018, and Cronos and Zeus in 2022. Total gas in place across the three discoveries is estimated at around 9 tcf.
