Diall-Alliance operates the Bortovoy Block in Russia's Saratov Oblast near the Kazakh border in the Volga Urals basin. Zoltav Resources sold Diall-Alliance to Sigma Energy in March 2022. The large east-west extent of more than 200 kilometres across makes development of the Bortovoy Block challenging.
