On 25 November, BP announced that it had agreed to buy a 10% stake in the Zohr concession from Eni, for a consideration of US$375 million. The company will also reimburse Eni for BP's share of past costs, estimated at around US$150 million, and reserves the right to buy an additional 5% stake, under the same terms, before the end of 2017.
