CA2 (Kelidang Cluster) (LNG)

Report summary

The Kelidang Cluster was discovered in 2013. It is located within deepwater Block CA-2, approximately 125 km offshore and contains the Kelidang North East and Keratau gas fields. Located in water depths of over 2000 metres, the Kelidang Cluster would be Brunei's first deepwater development. The operator has proposed developing the Keratau and Kelidang North East fields with subsea wells, tied into a floating production unit (FPU), with gas then piped onshore to the Brunei LNG plant.
