The Caesar/Tonga complex consists of three separately announced oil discoveries in the southern Green Canyon protraction area. The Tonga discovery was made in 2003, while the Caesar and West Tonga discoveries were announced in 2006 and 2007, respectively. The three original discovery wells were drilled by separate JVs in their respective blocks. These have been unitised and are being jointly developed by a single JV.
