Hong Kong-listed China Huarong Energy has a 60% operated stake in six fields (five oil and one gas) in west Kyrgyzstan's Fergana basin. Mailisu IV and East Izbaskent are by far the largest of the deposits.China Huarong Energy entered the assets in 2014 in a US$282 million deal.
