Key stories this month include the announcement of the bidders in Cyprus's 3rd offshore licensing round, Poland offering the first blocks in its 2016 round and INA starting production at its Medimurje project onshore Croatia. Energean Oil and Gas has signed a further US$20 million loan with the EBRD to boost exploration in the Prinos Basin and Schlumberger will fund part of Sound Energy's Badile exploration well in Italy. In Ukraine, new company Yuzgas has been awarded the Yuzivska unconventional gas licence, which Shell pulled out of in 2015. The report includes the 'Continental & Med.
