The Beta and Dugong fields are oil and gas discoveries located in Norway’s Northern North Sea. Discovered in 2000 and 2020 respectively, the two fields are being considered for a coordinated development as subsea tiebacks to the Snorre platform. The Beta field sits in licence PL375 and is operated by Equinor. The Dugong field sits in licence PL882 operated by Var Energi.
