Chappal Energies buys Equinor’s Nigeria upstream business for an undisclosed amount. Agbami on OML 128 is Nigeria’s second largest oil producer and Nnwa-Doro (OML 129) is the largest undeveloped non-associated gas field in the country. The deal is pending regulatory approval and is subject to partner pre-emption.
