The present report covers the seven Fomicruz assets in the San Jorge Basin that were acquired form YPF in 2025. These black and light oil fields are very mature and under extensive deployment of secondary recovery. The result of this is a growing water-cut that has reached 93% on average during 2024 and has increased OPEX because of water treatment.
