The Fulmar oil and gas field is located on the southwest margin of the Central Graben, 270 kilometres east-southeast of Aberdeen. It was developed with a steel platform with a small nearby wellhead protector. Although Fulmar ceased production in 2018, the complex acts as a gathering and transport hub for the Gannet, Auk, Clyde, Orion, and Flyndre fields.
