G11/48 (Nong Yao)
Report summary
The Nong Yao oil field lies in the shallow waters of the Gulf of Thailand. The Nong Yao A&B accumulations have been developed via a wellhead platform and a wellhead processing platform tied back to a floating, storage and offloading (FSO) vessel. The Nong Yao A&B field was brought onstream in June 2015. The Nong Yao C development project, which includes the installation of 12 development wells and a mobile offshore production unit (MOPU), is now underway to commercialise the southern extension of the field.
