In June, Wood Mackenzie's Latin America upstream research team visited operators, service companies and government entities in Georgetown, Guyana. First oil for the country will be achieved in Q1 2020 and all stakeholders are looking forward to this opportunity. But everyone recognizes there are many challenges to overcome to prepare the country for its new future.
