State-owned Southern Gas Corridor Company (SGC) has agreed to sell a 5% non-operated stake in the giant Shah Deniz gas-condensate field. Shah Deniz is Azerbaijan's core gas project and the critical source of feedstock for its multi-billion-dollar Southern Gas Corridor value chain to Europe.
