Report summary

Jambi Merang PSC is major domestic gas producer. Onshore South Sumatra Province, the block is nearby the Corridor and Sakakemang PSCs. The block contains three onstream gas fields: Pulau Gading, Sungai Kenawang, and Gelam. The Gelam field lies mostly in the Corridor PSC and under a unitisation agreement, only 14% of the field's production is allocated to the Jambi Merang PSC. Pulau Gading and Sungai Kenawang were brought onstream in 2011 via a central gas plant located on Sungai Kenawang. Gas is supplied to the Sumatra, Batam, and West Java markets.
