Report summary
The Jilin Oil Fields complex is located in the western Jilin province, neighbouring the Daqing oil fields. Geologically, most oil and gas fields are distributed in the southern part of the Songliao basin. After decades of development, the complex is facing triple challenges of poor resource grade, low well EUR and high costs.
