Asset Report
K2
Report summary
K2 is a large subsalt oil field located in southeastern Green Canyon. The K2 structure extends across several blocks, which were not fully unitised until 2006. Prior to that time, the structure was initially developed as two separate tie-backs to the Marco Polo TLP called K2 North (GC 518) and K2 (GC 562). Upon unitisation, Wood Mackenzie combined its separate analyses for the two, and now considers the entire K2 field as a single project.
